What a great gluten free cooking class! Chef Isa is a talented chef who taught us how to make gluten free pasta from scratch , and it was SO delicious! She shares her family tips and tricks on how to prepare and handle the dishes. She expertly guided us in creating three dishes, tagliatelle, duck ragu bolognese sauce, and homemade gelato gluten free from scratch. We had an amazing day learning from Chef Isa, eating our fabulous meal paired with wonderful wines.
