A wonderful week long cooking course completely gluten free. What a great experience! During the week Chef Isa - a talented chef - taught us how to make gluten free recipes, every day different pasta, pizza, focaccia, risotto, meat, fish, desserts, gelatos. Of course gluten free. During the course only 3 people! She shares her tips and tricks on how to prepare and handle the foods. The course lasts a week and it was a food coma ;-) We highly recommend visiting her cooking school!
