First of all, don't be confused by the fact that there is not a single indication on the menu as to whether and which pizzas can be prepared gluten-free. But they do exist.
I spoke to the waiter about how the kitchen makes sure that these gluten-free pizzas do not come into contact with other gluten-containing ingredients. The gluten-free base is probably delivered ready-made and placed on a tray so that it does not come into contact with other pizzas containing gluten in the oven. I couldn't find out how much attention is paid to cross-contamination when topping the pizza. That's why I only ordered a margarita pizza to reduce the risk of contamination.
However, it would be possible to get all the pizzas gluten-free.
Beyond the pizzas, the gluten-free selection was somewhat limited or you would have had to ask a lot more about what you can get gluten-free.
