While this is a safe, dedicated gluten free bakery, the food itself is awful. I tried this place when I was first diagnosed with celiac and I was severely underwhelmed. I tried it again after three years GF thinking that I may have not been used to GF baked goods when I first tried it, but nope, still bad.
The cupcakes have a weird aftertaste, the cookies are mediocre and the donuts are a sad cupcake with a hole. I get the impression that they developed their recipes long ago and haven’t updated them since with improvements in gluten free baking. I’ve made better stuff at home with mixes.
