Okay gluten free pizza. Definitely a premade crust, maybe from Schar. Personally I think a $3.50 upcharge for a premade crust is a bit expensive. Also, there is no dedicated prep area or oven, but they do cook it on a dedicated pan. I didn’t get sick after eating here, but make sure to inform your waiter about your allergy.
