The only items not gluten free on their menu are the burritos and quesadillas, because of the flour tortillas. I have had the enchiladas, tacos, and pupusas with no issues. I also love that their vegetarian options aren't just refried beans. They have quick and friendly service too.
This is one of my favorite places to eat. Their menu has a lot of gluten free choices. They even have a gluten free dessert!
Yes
They have a gluten free menu, but other items are gluten free if you talk it out with them.
The chicken fajitas can be made gluten free if you ask them (cooked separately).
The rice and refried beans are also gluten free. I’m not sure why they’re not on the gluten free menu.
The corn tortillas can be gluten free if you ask them to be (they cook them on a safe part of the grill and not the area where the flour tortillas are made).
The chips are NOT gluten free.
Also my meal was enough for TWO people. It was awesome to have enough food for dinner one night and lunch the next.
And I am VERY sensitive to cross contamination and didn’t have any issues.

I was told the chips were in a dedicated fryer.
There was a very small selection. See picture of menu. I had the chicken salad, it was decent, but I’m a food snob, especially Mexican food. The chicken was okay, the lettuce was the shredded stuff you would find on a taco. The chips and salsa were good, the green salad is a weird color green because of the sour cream but the taste was good.
My gluten full family had the beef and cheese enchiladas. Again, we are food snobs so these enchiladas were average. But it seems to be a hit with the locals and the building/decorations are outstanding.

Very few gluten free items. Nothing a la carte
Limited gluten free menu, but... Safe chips! Safe green sauce and salsa! Safe beans and rice! Just make sure to let your server know, of course. I have Celiac and was able to eat here. No side effects so far.

Our waiter, Joey, was extremely accommodating! He was eager to answer any questions we had, and was very cautious about items that have the potential to be cross-contaminated (like the nachos). This restaurant experience was honestly the best I've had in regards to trying to eat safely. Chips & Salsa are GF, so I had that with chicken fajita meat, rice, and beans. Delicious! I highly recommend eating here.
