When I inquired whether soup and a sandwich would be safe for someone with Celiac, the staff responded with attitude "we do not have a separate kitchen, we can't guarantee anything will be gluten free" then proceeded to talk to other customers before I could ask any more questions. I chose to go somewhere else.

Great sandwich and salad. Many sides and soups are also GF. I'm a celiac and this was a safe meal for me. Glad to have a deli that I can get a good sandwich at!

The food was average at best. The server seemed annoyed that we came in 20 minutes before they closed. They were not very friendly overall. I told them I had celiac disease and they offered to wipe the grill. I told them to skip it as it would still be contaminated. Their selection of soups is likely the safer bet.
Wonderful, safe food!

I have eaten here twice and haven't had any reaction. So many gluten free sandwich options and gf soup as well!

A nice selection of sandwiches and sides that are GF. I had the Cajun Chicken sandwich with good GF bread and the quinoa salad on the side for $7.95. It was very tasty and had fresh ingredients.

So, so good! Loved the gluten free bread option for (almost) all sandwiches!
good GF bread for sandwiches, somewhat airy/light. would agree with other reviews. kid friendly, too. reasonable price, considering next to U of I campus.

Great bread! Large selection of food, including soup!
Best gluten free bread I've had in a long time. Had a turkey sandwich with broccoli cheese soup. and they had gluten free brownies!
Really great option for a sandwich and side while downtown. Every sandwich except the meatball can be made on Gluten Free bread. Takes only a few minutes to make and the bread seems like it's grilled on a flat top with butter so it actually tastes decent as far as GF breads go. They have a lot of sides that are gf as well, including soups. Tasted good overall, cost was maybe a little high at about $8 for a Turkey sandwich and bowl of soup, but what you can't really expect much cheaper for gf sandwiches.
