No gluten free or allergen menu, the waiter specified that the kitchen was “not allergy safe at all”. Queso is made with corn starch and the chips, taco shells, and tostadas are all corn but not made in a dedicated fryer. Most of the sauces contain gluten (chili, sour cream sauce).
