I just called them and plan on visiting this week. They confirmed they are 100% gluten free. Also all keto (no sugar). They have Christmas cookie boxes available if preorder - see photo. They also offer sandwiches and mainly take home meals but they offered to warm up soup for us if needed as we’re on the road. Sounds great! And great customer service they were so helpful over the phone.

This keto catering company is luckily also 100% gluten free. Their storefront offers a few things such as baked goods (cupcakes, squares, cookies, bagels etc.) and meals (ex. soup, sandwiches) but they have much more, it appears as though ordering ahead is best to secure what you want.
Their savoury items is where they shine. We tried their sausage rolls and pizza pockets—SO GOOD! The fillings are wonderfully spiced and their homemade bread is tender and tasty. My husband Shawn, says their bagels are the best of any fresh bakery bagels we’ve had and truly, they are tasty—just don’t expect the same gluten chew of regular bagels. Great treats with genuinely kind owners!
