Awesome pizza. They clean out the oven, clean fresh pans, clean down the workspace and you have your own cutter. They can’t guarantee as there may be flour in the air but they were very conscientious and I wasn’t sick (I’m coeliac). Would go again And if you want to be really safe then you can choose a GF pasta.
