Mammoth Terrace Grill

I had a bag of chips and some pickle spears for a snack. The cashier seemed knowledgeable of gluten free options. They did have a gluten free cookie on the menu which was the only item notes as gf.

They were out of salads and burger Patties at the time. I didn’t ask about cross contact on the grill.

Staff changed gloves and put allergy note on my burger (with gf bun). There are very limited food options within park so was very grateful to have an option and to not get sick afterwards. They weren’t very busy which may have allowed them to pay more attention to gf allergy. Fries are not gf. They have Nathan’s hotdogs or burgers with gf bun. 5 stars because even though fast food — the ability to eat and not get sick in Yellowstone means 5 stars in my book!

Was great food loved the gf bun

I ordered a burger and ice cream. The girl behind the counter assured me the burger would be prepared in a safe place way - that gloves would be changed before handling. I was also assured that all ice cream was gluten free. Well, something was not gluten free. I got sick immediately. The food was great, for sure, but if you are celiac, I highly recommend eating somewhere else. (I would give this zero stars if the app would allow it.)
