The waitress was clear about the possibility of cross-contamination. She explained that the pizza was baked in an individual aluminum plate, but in the same oven as the other pizzas. My son, who reacts easily, had no symptoms whatsoever afterwards.

Crust tasted like a pastry/cracker. It was good and good toppings. Watch out-- toppings are pricey. It is baked on a pan and comes with its own cutter. Was great being able to have pizza with family.

They offer personal gluten free pizzas that are cooked in their own disposable pans. Pizzas are cooked on a separate shelf in the oven, and are packaged on boxes uncut, with their own personal pizza slicer that is in a bag.
Their gluten free pizza tastes just like their famous original pizza. Very good quality and I felt very safe eating it.
