The staff is always very friendly and they are super focused on making sure that everyone gets what they want. I always get the noodle 6 and it is always great. If you mention a severe allergy, they will always talk about how seriously they take it. Neither I nor any of my celiac friends have ever gotten sick there. I went for takeout during the COVID-19 outbreak and they were able to bring my food right out to my car in their parking lot. They also brought out a free sticky rice dessert, which they had made sure to make gluten free so that I could eat it too. All in all, Mandalay has never let me down.

They can cook recipes with gluten free soy and have a listing of dishes with wheat. When i tested the dish I requested as gf on a nima device it can back clean!
