I have celiac's and am very very sensitive to gluten. I was able to eat both their rainbow roll sushi and their orange chicken with no problems, so they most likely have a separate fryer (though I haven't looked in the kitchen so I can't 100% confirmed). The server was very knowledgeable on gluten intolerance, confirmed that thier rice is gluten free with no cross contamination, and even said to not have the table soy sauce but that he would bring packets of gluten free soy sauce.

I haven't had Chinese food since I was diagnosed, and this was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend for anyone with celiac's craving Americanized Chinese food!

I have ordered the shrimp and broccoli with white garlic sauce from here several times. It comes with white rice. The broccoli is always fresh and the shrimp is always cleaned well. I have never been glutened by this meal.

Recently, I ordered the pad thai and this was also delicious and gluten free!

I got the gluten free general tso chicken, sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli and Singapore rice noodles. The taste of everything was very good. The General Tso and Sesame chicken was a bit dried out. The serving size was average and they were very quick. When you order gluten free, they include gluten free soy sauce.

I would order via phone to ensure that the items you want can be made gluten free.

They have small packets of GF soy sauce. Stay away from the eel roll - soaked in gluten sticky sauce, no way to get it without- and the mayo has corn so any spicy roll will have corn.

Finally, a place we can eat asian food! I have celiacs disease and I am highly sensitive to gluten. However, I have eaten here twice and have not gotten sick! I've had sesame chicken, general tso's, chicken fried rice, vegetable fried rice, sticky rice and vegetable rice noodles. All were very good! They also give out GF soy sauce.

Called ahead to see what they counted as "Gluten Free" and was worried when the first person didn't seem to know what I was talking about, but she got the manager on the line and he answered with intelligence towards the food allergy my wife has. We ordered in-house to be perfectly clear on what we were getting in to. The manager actually came out to talk with us and instructed us on what all could be made gluten free, including almost every entrée! He provided us with gluten free soy sauce packets and our food was out in less than ten minutes. We got fried rice and General Tso's chicken and Egg Foo Young; absolutely delicious food, and no reaction, 10/10, would nom again. Caution ordering online.

I am on the border with this place. I have ate twice there and the first time I had no reaction. The second time I ordered within 30 minutes my stomach was messed up. My mom (also celiac) had the same issue within 30 minutes. I ordered online and put specific direction to make sure gluten free. The food is very good, but afraid to try it again because of last time.

They have GF Tamari soy sauce and will sub it in for the regular. They will also steam-fry rice to prevent cross-contamination.
