Great food! They were knowledgeable and have gf pasta and can make some other dishes. My daughter had a seafood dish with lobster, shrimp and crab in a scampi sauce with a pasta (pappardelle). I had salmon and house salad. Both were delicious and no one got sick. They were not open for lunch when we tried to go back so look for their hours. No dessert or bread available.

When I walked in I asked to talk to the manager because I am a Celiac. She said yes everything was fine for me and sat me down. I asked our waitress what we could have and I started asking all my normal questions. Do you wear gloves? Do you have separate dishes you use? She immediately just started at me rudely and said they don't need to change gloves.....I cancelled my order immediately, they didn't even ask why. Celiacs beware.
Amazing food!!! Delicious gluten free pasta/ chicken Marsala
My Celiac son ordered gluten free pasta and the rest of us ordered gluten containing dinners. Everything was delicious and my son didn't get sick. We were so excited to find a safe place in Key West that we ate there both nights.

They have gluten free pasta, Nima Sensor confirmed it. Need to mention celiac because they might use the same boiling water otherwise. Server was extremely helpful. I am dairy free too and had many choices. Food was good, place was clean, people were nice.

Homemade Gf pasta or zucchini noodles can be substituted for pasta in any dish. They cook gf pasta in designated pot. Gf flour used on chicken. It was very easy to have delicious food without gluten. No GF dessert options.

Server was very caring when I asked about the gluten free items on the menu. The rice linguini was awesome. She steered me clear of the bread. It looked amazing, although I couldn’t eat it. The pesto was awesome.

So glad we went a little off the beaten path for this place. Low-key, seems like a favorite for locals, so not touristy. The only pasta option for GF was rice linguine (also egg-free). I had chicken parm (they coat all their chicken in GF flour and pan fry) and subbed Alfredo for my pasta instead of marinara. Pasta was delicious, a little gummy as it cooled off, though. Chicken was amazing, too! Would've been nice to enjoy fresh bread with the others. Felt extremely safe here and was happy to enjoy a delicious, stress-free meal.

I read other reviews about this quaint little place that made their own GF pasta. Our family decided to try it and wow, we were not disappointed. My Celiac son had the chicken Parmesan that had a side of the GF pasta. My husband ordered the lobster - delicious! I had the scallops and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and even went through their precautions for those with Celiac Disease. I can’t thank this establishment enough for taking care of our family.

These were hands down the best gluten free noodles I've had. The chicken Parm is incredible... delightfully cheesy and still crisp. W.ow. Great flavor to match in the marinara.

Second visit! I’m celiac and couldn’t be happier! This time I had the pasta with fresh clams. The pasta is home made rice flour fettuccini boiled in its own water! I’m so appreciative and thankful for this wonderful place! And the staff is amazing and knowledgeable!!

Great atmosphere with excellent service. Food lacked some taste, though, and the GF pasta was a bit “gummy” for lack of a better word.
Large portions and appeared celiac safe, but so-so taste on the GF chicken Alfredo.

Excellent experience! Boil separate water for gluten free pasta. Let server know about allergies. All sauces can be made gluten free. Had the Funghi al Pomodori, Spinaci e Ceci (mushroom and spinach pasta).

Also soy free 🙌 which can be very difficult to navigate in Key West. The owner is a celiac so she makes sure her staff is knowledgeable

They have gluten free brown rice spaghetti. The pasta was starchy and better cut up but it was still amazing. There’s not many places where you can get homemade GF pasta! GF chicken parm was amazing with GF breadcrumbs. Would totally dine here again!

Kids had homemade pasta, I had chicken parm. My youngest, who is a very sensitive celiac, ate the chicken parm with me and no reaction!! Its pricey. But if you want pasta, go!
Food was great! I had the seafood scampi with the rice noodles, it was light. I think Ill try the chicken parmesean next time. My husband got the lobster pasta and a friend got the crab fettuccine. They said were amazing too!

If you are craving authentic, freshly made Italian-treat yourself to this place. Fresh, wonderful ingredients. No desserts however. Have an espresso!!
Yes
Food was good, they claim to make their own quinoa and brown rice pasta, hard time believing that, but it was good. Did not have bread to offer gluten free :(
There was not much Gf choices. They claim it’s homemade but it’s pizzeria food. Not impressed at all.
Was excited to see this gluten free option in key west. Unfortunately the waiter and kitchen staff were a bit confused the other night. I had ordered the piccata with mahi &(gf rice pasta) and my boyfriend ordered the chicken parm with his regular pasta on the side. When we were given our meals the chicken came out separate & without any pasta after I was given my full mahi plate and pasta. The waiter comes out with another plate of pasta, I imagined this was my boyfriends pasta since I had already started eating my plated pasta.. this was not the case the waiter looks at me with a panic look and I had to run to the bathroom to dispose of said digested wheat pasta. The staff was confused as to what to do for the bill and I was more worried about getting out of there to seek out the urgent care. They let us leave without paying the bill but made me feel unsafe and had my face swelling up. Wheat allergies and celiacs BEWARE, and if dining here make sure to triple check your food.

OMG!!!! WOW!!! Absolutely fantastic! I have celiac and did not get sick. Hands down the best GF pasta ever!

I absolutely loved this place! the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! the food was so deliscious and all their sauces are gf!! I highly recommend them!

AMAZING!!! The pasta is amazing, service was great. We ate here 2 times during our vacation and will definitely come back.
I have eaten here several times prior to being diagnosed with Celiac and it was fantastic. Post-Celiac diagnosis, not so much. First, they boil the pasta in the same water as the gluten pasta UNLESS you SPECIFICALLY tell them you have Celiac. If you only say you have an allergy, they boil it in the same water. Secondly, their homemade gluten free pasta is made in the same machine as the gluten pasta and the machine is NOT cleaned in between batches. I do NOT recommend this place for gluten free pasta if you have Celiac. It's not safe.

Delicious mahi with GF pasta

We had a great dinner at Mangia Mangia over the weekend. Both my husband and I are gluten free. My husband also has a corn allergy and I have a soy allergy. When we ordered and explained we had food allergies, our server asked us if we were Celiac (which I am). What a refreshing question to ask a patron in a restaurant! Thank you very much, Mangia Mangia. You showed us you know what Gluten Free really is. Magnificent customer service and the meal was superb!
Yes
Excellent gf pasta!!! I ordered the scallops with an Alfredo pesto sauce and even my boyfriend was eating off my plate! (He's not gf) super friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Last nights dinner was amazing. Our son is extremely sensitive and no reactions!! This place is a perfect spot for a great dinner, both GF and non Gf
Yes
Lots of options, they make the pasta and sauces from scratch and make sure to cook your pasta separately if you let them know you have an allergy/celiacs. The food has always been amazing every time we've gone. The most GF pasta and sauce options in Key West, the other past places only have essentially one option. Worth the visit!
Yes
I have super severe celiac disease and react to anything that has more than 10 ppm of gluten, also incredibly sensitive to cross-contamination. I have NEVER gotten sick eating here. Amazing certified gluten free pasta. Even gluten free alfredo! They cook my pasta in a new pot of water and everything. Love this place. No desserts, sadly.
Yes
Delicious - all the sauces were GF and the zoodles (zucchini noodles) were yummy too. No GF bread option though.
unbelievable good food! & very tasty...but I got sick. I'm celiac...told them.
