Really good experience here. First time I’ve had an owner come and talk to me. Dinner includes gf pizza and pasta (make sure they cook in separate water). They have brownies for dessert but possibly more things. The pizza crust and brownies are baked and sealed offsite. Breakfast options include breakfast pizza and omelets.

I didn't try the pasta, but the pizza crust was very cracker-y and more of a quesadilla looking dish. The flavors on the pizza were good, and I didn't get sick, but there's definitely better pizza crust available in downtown Denver.
