Menu has been updated since previous reviews I think. No allergens marked on the menu and down to ask the staff. The staff I spoke to told me that the items I chose contained gluten, so I chose the satay bowl. Taste was fantastic and I feel no negative effects but found it a bit risky and I worried about language barrier, although my waiter spoke great English. The manangement need to provide allergens on the menu) or even a folder) and not leave it to the waiting staff to know the ingredients of every meal.

Lots of gluten free options (it has the symbol on the menu and I also doubled checked with the staff). Great service and food and good value too! I would definitely return when in Wroclaw again!
