Update May 2024:
I updated my delivery note to include ALLERGY ALERT in all caps and added more details to my needs and I haven't been glutened since. I get chicken pad Thai without tofu from here almost weekly now.

I ate here for a long time all the time without issues. Now they have cross contaminated me multiple times in a row with the pad Thai despite my celiac notes. The food has been tasting better, so I suspect they changed the receipe or got a new chef. Very sad

Wonderful experience. The staff are knowledgeable. The Phad Thai and chicken skewers were both gluten free and so tasty!!! Highly recommend if you’re stranded at the hotel next door or in the area.

Pad Thai and Fresh rolls were great. Staff knew exactly what i could order GF and even asked if i wanted tofu removed. Solid, reliable spot for me.

Plenty of gluten free dishes even though the menu doesn't list gluten-free items.
I just had a great experience at Mango. My family and I got stranded in SeaTac and were put up in the hotel across the street. I walked over to Mango to ask my celiac questions and immediately the hostess went through the menu with me. I had the Panang Curry and my parents had the chicken pad Thai.

Phad Thai, all curry and the ‘Tom Kah Gai’ soup... that’s what was immediately listed by the waitress (might be more but I don’t ask) I hade the Phad Thia spice level 2 (you can go to 5) it was just right for me cuz it was enough to taste but not burn to the point of unenjoyment, bonus I got super fast service due to being the only dinner there

Although they don’t seem to advertise many items as Gluten Free, the kitchen is very knowledgeable.. they asked the right questions and gave me the right answers. the Pad Thai was simple, fresh and light, the Tom Ka Gai soup was outstanding..and I know it was made specially for me, not from a pot on the stove for hours. So fresh and the flavor was amazing.. I recommend you ask your waiter to verify with the kitchen, if they seem hesitant.. The kitchen is trustworthy.. This restaurant is near SeaTac and I’ve seen many TSA and airport employees on every occasion I’ve eaten there.. I have Celiac and have had no problems on any of my visits to MANGO..

I am celiac and are chicken satay, no cucumber salad then pad Thai. It was yummy and I had no problems. Staff were very friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable about gluten. I am not saying 100% celiac safe but I will go back
Food is delicious, but policy changed, as stated on the menu, they no longer guarantee allergen accommodation. I asked, they recommended, I still got glutened.

Followed the advice of other reviewers. Told the nice waitress about the need for guten free and ordered the pad thai and chicken curry = gluten reaction within an hour. Threw away my leftovers. Tasted great, but not Celiac friendly. Sad.

Great food! Only the Pad Thai and Curry dishes are gluten free. Great service, interior and location. Will definitely be back!
Great service , excellent food had the Duck curry and it was fantastic!
Great GF food options and friendly service. The green tea with mango was some of the best green tea I've tasted. I'll go back for sure
