Many gluten free options - careful: tofu contains wheat!Mangolds offers a salad buffet as well as a buffet with a selection of warm dishes, soups and one "daily dish“ which is a lunch offer including a main dish as well as a dessert or soup for 1/2 price. All dishes are vegetarian, some options are vegan as well. Many of the ingredients are organic and one can taste the high quality. The dishes are well-balanced in spice, flavour and texture. Prices are a bit higher, however absolutely justified and worth every penny.There is plenty of seating available, even during lunch-rush-hour and the interior simple but welcoming. Recommend when looking for a healthy and satisfying lunch.(Dishes can be taken out as well - take away containers come at an extra cost)
