Yes it’s inside the hospital, but you forget that once you have eaten there.
I’ve been 3 times and this place is amazing!!! Pretty much the entire menu is gf other than buns and bread for sandwiches and a dedicated fryer.
The soup is out of this world!! We always get the trio so you can taste all of them. The soup of the week is also on the food bar if you want to take and go.
The sides are only $4 and the carrots are a must. They change the menu and / or the preparation constantly. We also had the artichokes and cinnamon sugar plantains. We shared the entree of Chicken Katsu.
I’m not celiac but pretty sensitive to gluten and I’ve never had a problem other than the tots. I’ve learned the oil used for all commercial tots makes me react.

When I ordered off the gluten-free menu, they made it clear multiple times that they could not avoid cross-contamination and making any guarantees. And the chef came out and told me the same thing. I should’ve just left at that point. Thought after all of the great reviews that I would be safe here but I got quite sick

The staff is very accommodating and will check with chef. Items that are GF are clearly marked on menu. Normally has a GF fryer.

Outstanding. Felt a bit weird at first walking in to a hospital to eat, but so glad we did. Great gluten free menu that rotates with the season due to the amount of locally sourced food. We will be back and probably later this week.

Lots of GF choices. In Castle Rock Adventist Hospital -- but don't let that put you off. Not "hospital food". Great low prices. Good service. Gourmet-level food prep that is fresh and locally sourced. Full table service (not a cafeteria) with pleasant front-range view and patio. See tripadvisor reviews for more info.
