Hibachi grill offers gluten-free teriyaki sauce and soy sauce with food prepared on a clean grill with the sauce put on the food straight from a gluten free-labeled container vs the condiment bottles. Only risk of cross contimination is if someone takes imitation crab meat or noodles and those tongs are used for other meats and veggies, but new tongs can be requested to prevent this.
