Amazing meal!!! The staff was incredibly flexible and knowledgeable about the ingredients. They have dedicated fryer and can make nearly everything on the menu GF. My steak was one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend for great food and a safe celiac experience.
Have visited many steakhouses in Chicago and this is in my top 3. The filet was cooked perfectly to my taste thanks to an additional choice of medium plus (in between medium and medium-well). Enjoyed delicious sides of lemon pine nut Brussels sprouts and golden whipped mashed potatoes. Staff are well educated on GF and items come out of the kitchen with an allergy stick for marking. But make sure you check with wait staff to ensure the complimentary mini cocktail and hors d’oeuvres they may provide at your table when seated are GF. The pickled cucumbers had soy sauce.
