What a hidden gem! They have a dedicated toaster and fully understand cross contamination issues. They had a full selection of roasts and bagels. If you call in advance they will make sure they have batter to be able to make gf pancakes.

Great little diner, very cozy, good food, friendly staff. The servers were knowledgeable and understanding about Celiac. The cook even came out and let me know that they have a separate toaster for the GF English muffin. We came twice for breakfast, both good experiences.

The Maple Diner was a perfect place to have breakfast! They were so accommodating and knowledgeable about Celiac. They had a variety of GF homemade muffins and carry Glutino English muffins (which are my favorite)! 😁 I tried the "Elvis" muffin and it was delicious!!! Highly recommend and will be going back when we are in town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
