Although they seemed to understand celiac and gluten free requirements, it was very clear after a couple bits that the meal was not 100% gluten free. Pretty sure they used regular chicken fingers and just put them in a gf fryer. We extremely sick after.

I’d agree with other reviewers- dedicated fryer is a huge plus! I ordered a burger on a gluten free roll and gluten free poutine! After dropping our food at the table, our server came back with concern that the bun was not gluten free. After checking with the kitchen, they assured her that while the bun they use has changed it was in fact gluten free. I really appreciated the extra care she put into checking that my meal was safe.

Both the poutine and burger were very good! Beautiful view of golf course and small lake. Would recommend this restaurant to all celiacs!

I immediately informed the server that I had Celiac disease and he gave me an “I’m not sure what that means” look. So, I elaborated and said that I cannot have gluten. He still wasn’t sure and asked if that “was the wheat one”. I said yes. I asked other than the pizza what is/could be made gluten free. He suggested several items that would 100% have gluten such as chicken stir fry. I asked if they used a different fryer for gluten containing items and he had no idea. Not knowledgeable al all.

Excellent- we came with our daughter who has Celiac - the team was very knowledgeable and nice - loved the food and place and we can say it is Celiac safe Heidi And Offir

The guacamole with the tortilla chips were amazing. But the 4 cheese pizza with gf crust was the best pizza I have ever had!! Then shared the gf chocolate torte. The staff were extremely friendly and knew what they were talking about.

We ate at both their Maple Bar & Grill and Eclipse restaurant - very friendly and knowledgeable staff who willing offered to double check with the kitchen re. my questions, a dedicated fryer for the fries and GF chicken fingers, several GF dessert option. A really great experience!
