Dined on the beautiful roof top bar. Made reservations ahead of time and made note that I was gluten free. Upon arrival they asked about and confirmed my needs. They brought bread for the others in my party and brought me a yuca wafer drizzled con miel, since they knew I couldn’t have the bread. I ordered the Carimanolas and Maiz y Pancetas, both at the recommendation of our server. My favorite meal of the week!
