Maracas Mexican Grill

The staff is so careful to suggest meals that are gluten free. My server even mentioned that their rice is now gluten free. I had the steak fajitas which were amazing! The rice is a Spanish rice that is so flavorful. If you mention you need GF they will bring you corn tortillas instead of flour. The waitress I had knew which seasonings on the food had Gluten and which ones do not.
