Had a great dinner at Maray, a casual but slightly premium restaurant experience. The concept is Middle Eastern sharing plates, and this works because the menu was nearly exclusively GF - of 29 dishes I think just the bread and one dip contained gluten. The staff came across as taking allergens very seriously. The entire menu is available online with allergen filters, and in the restaurant they offered an iPad to help select dishes excluding the 14 allergens. They even went so far as to advise that they Gluten Free oatcakes they offered instead of bread were made in a factory containing gluten - which to my mind is knowing your stuff. I Really enjoyed it, had confidence in the staff and would recommend.
