Can be a bit expensive sometimes, but this is my go to when I’m eating out in Waterloo. Always a good, safe experience.

Loved the service and the food! We order 100% deep fried food because we couldn’t pass up the gluten free fryer: poutine, onion rings, fried chicken! My fries came out half raw, but the server brought a fresh order ASAP and gave a discount off the bill. Can’t beat that customer service.

So yummy! There’s always nice balance of healthy options and deep fried treats to satisfy you fully. Marbles always knows how to whip up some delicious eats.

Gluten free frier! I ate poutine and an obscene amount of french fries. I’m celiac and didnt get sick (or glutened-sick, anyway). The atmosphere was perfect for dinner/drinks with friends, and has a nice outdoor patio.

Dedicated fryer and lots of options. They were very knowledgeable and had good processes in place for my celiac son. And the food was great too!

Amazing for celiacs. Very aware and most of the menu is GF. Dedicated fryer. No wheat flour on site.

Excellent celiac friendly facility. Top notch service and food. Had the most amazing pasta dish with pasta supplied by a local establishment (NUDL) - was one of the best pasta dishes I ever had!

It’s so rare that I can order an appetizer, much less a fried one! So I ordered two apps and called it dinner ;) Both were very good, but if you are only getting one, get the crab cake! There were lots of gf options, and the staff were great.

Had a lovely team dinner here last night. Called last minute for a party of 24, and they accommodated us graciously. We were from out of town and needed gluten free options for a few of the teammates and parents, and Marbles came through with flying colours! 2 of us had GF fish and chips for the first time in years. Talk about delish! Many unique flavours and dishes. Very happy families with the service and with the food. A++ for a great GF experience, yummy food, and a beautiful atmosphere. A must try if in Waterloo! Will return again next time we’re in town.

Staff seems aware and fairly nonchalant about the process but turns out they came through with flying colours. I had chicken wings which while crispy were fairly bland without the dipping sauce. My hubby had the fish n chips which is also touted as GF but as he is not Celiac he could only attest to it being delicious rather than safe. It appears that their GF means Celiac Friendly too. Smallish menu for lunch with maybe five GF options. I recommend!
