I’ve driven past this restaurant a million times but never considered eating there until now. I called in advance and they seemed to understand cross contamination and made gluten-free pasta separately. (Personally, I’m dubious of eating at Italian restaurants as a Celiac since there’s just a lot of bread and pasta floating around the kitchen.) Just to be safe, I ordered a grilled steak with veggies, salad, and prosciutto-stuffed figs. Not only was the food really solid and well-seasoned, but it was a positive experience overall. The restaurant wasn’t at all stodgy like I expected. The service was old school and good, the space was airy so I felt fine eating inside. They also have a full bar and a huge wine list. Next time, I’d definitely feel safe eating the gluten-free pasta. If you’re Celiac, try this place out!
