Had the seafood buffet. Was able to eat shrimp ceviche, ceviche, and boiled shrimp. Did not get sick.

Asked about gf and the chef and sous chef came out and walked me through whole buffet. I only chose things that looked like they had just been put out and used my own spoon to avoid contamination. If I asked them to make me something fresh I am sure they would. Very very accommodating! Made me gf muffins but I didn’t risk eating them.
