The chef is knowledgeable about gluten and the waiters are helpful and happily go ask the chef any questions. They have a dedicated area they can prepare food if you say you have an allergy.
The food is fairly good (though sometimes overcooked), and the service is great. I had their Shrimp N Grits which they made gluten free.
