Review of Margarita Factory

The staff knew that the chips served were from a common fryer. That left me hesitant to order the item marked GF that came with tortilla strips on it so I avoided that. I did get glutened here as even though I ordered an item marked gf, told the server it was a medical need not a choice. I still felt bloated and lethargic the rest of the day for hours after which is one of my symptoms. When I told the server to ensure my meal is gf for that reason his reply was “It’s with corn tortillas so you’re ok”. We went about a month after they opened for lunch and service was incredibly slow and they weren’t that busy. Sadly the food was really good. I didn’t have any margaritas so can’t comment on those.
