EDIT: Talk to a manager, tell them you are highly “allergic” (I have Celiac) make sure any corn tortillas that you order, including for enchiladas, are NOT warmed up in the warming unit as Flour is warmed up in the same place.

The food is delicious but there is gluten everywhere. Chips marked gluten free but are fried in a common fryer with gluten items. Corn tortillas warmed in the same contraption as flour tortillas. Servers are somewhat knowledgeable but clueless on Celiac issues. I talked to the manager and he made sure my food was as safe as can be and didn’t touch other gluten items. he even made sure the corn tortillas were warmed away from the flour tortillas. I’ve eaten here three times and have been fine. While I choose to take the risk, it’s a big risk and I want people to understand that.

I tried to talk to the manager about mislabeled items on the menu (chips being gluten free when cross contaminated) and he was more interested in defending them menu than listening to me. He felt it falls within the governments definition of gluten free and covers those who don’t have Celiac and isn’t interested in changing it. I think if enough people complain they may listen, but since business is booming, I’m not sure they care as a whole about people with gluten sensitivities.
