Review of Margarita Factory

Menu has items clearly marked GF, in theory meat and corn tortillas would be pretty safe. Confirmed with our waitress that my enchiladas would be safe and nothing to be concerned about in the sauce, felt very at ease. Luckily I brought my NIMA sensor and sure enough “gluten found”. Would probably be fine if you’re gluten intolerant but definitely not celiac safe! Everything smelled and looked amazing so definitely disappointed 🥲
