Celiacs beware! The staff has no clue about gluten. I made the server aware of my gf needs, and asked him to alert the kitchen. I was then served the tuna and mango tostada. It looked like there might be soy sauce on it, so I asked. And there was. I asked to see the bottle, and it was regular Kikkoman. I was starving so I decided to stay and I changed my order. I had the aguachiles and crab tostada. Had a mild gluten reaction. I wouldn’t take a chance on this place again.
