Horrible owner. Disgusting establishment. I wouldn't be surprised if this owner is feeding gluten free people, gluten bagels. If you really want to see how people feel about this place take a look at the reviews and the responses of this man child owner. Nothing nut rude and snarky and verbally abuses and mocks his staff, hence why he's short staffed. Do your research and don't come here.

Upon request, you can get GF bagels. They get weekly deliveries from West Meadow Farm Bakery (dedicated GF) in Essex Junction, VT. They usually have a small variety of flavors (3-5) but seem open to requests for future deliveries. They use disposable food gloves, a dedicated good prep mat, and a dedicated side of the toaster for gf bagels. They do their best to limit contamination, but probably not the safest for Celiac since it is a wheat-based bagel bakery. I have never had a reaction here, and so far it is the only gf option I feel safe with in Barre. You can always ask questions, and you get direct answers, but fair warning, he makes his creamy soups with flour, not cream. I always feel comfortable asking here.
