Symptomatic Celiac

Glutened with a Gf labeled dish (pork Colorado). So bummed. Local grass valley brewery was closed to this looked like safest second option. Beware.

Maria’s is a gem! Always a must-visit when we come to the area. Many GF options are marked on the menu and servers are knowledgeable and friendly. There is a disclaimer about separate pans, but it is confusing. I have never had an issue and the food is always great! Tacos, enchiladas, salads, entrées, all excellent. Sometimes even flan. No dedicated fryers though.
