I love that they have a separate menu full of GF options. They even offer GF desserts daily! I'm new to town and have eaten there 3 times. I'm planning to be a regular based on what I've tasted so far!!

Best gluten-free restaurant in the area. Maria has a separate kitchen. She comes around during your meal to make sure your food is satisfactory. The food is delicious and the service is great. I've recommended this place to many people.

Maria's is awesome! The GF food is great and they have a GF menu that includes breads, wraps, and sandwiches made with GF bread (instead of a sandwich made GF without bun). She even has an awesome selection of GF desserts. A nice treat for sure! I would only say to give yourself time to enjoy, it isn't a fast-food restaurant.

Dedicated GF area in kitchen - prep area, fryer, grill. Extensive GF menu, including homemade desserts. Owner is gluten sensitive and really understands what it takes to serve food safely to GF diners. Love the red sticker - they put a red sticker on your plate to identify it as GF. They frequently have GF soup, and if you know you're going call and ask them if they can be sure to have GF soup. If they can, they will! Excellent restaurant!!!

Had our first of many to come visits last weekend. Everything was fantastic! They are extremely gluten conscious and even tell you that if your plate doesn't have the gluten free red sticker on it when it comes out to send it back. Fantastic impressive selection of delicious gf sandwiches, sides, desserts and more! Cannot wait to go back! Wish it was in Peoria I'd eat there daily!
