Symptomatic Celiac

This restaurant is AWESOME. Actually, a lot of their offerings are inherently gluten free and the imported spices don’t come with the fear of added wheat that we have in the US - plus, they’re the best spices you’ll ever taste. I have celiacs and ordered the Baba Ghanoush, Shakshouka (think scrambled eggs with spices and veggies), a side of their house rice, lamb broth soup, and a little cup of sahawuq (spicy chutney/salsa). Everything was beyond expectations, perfectly prepared, exceptionally fresh, and packed with flavor. I called ahead of ordering online and they weren’t too sure about the term “gluten free” but they checked the ingredients and I ordered with that information. There is definitely a LOT more on their menu that is inherently gluten free, but I’d need 10 more stomachs to try it all. 10/10, definitely needs more love from the gluten free community!
