I think this probably the best gluten free bakery I’ve ever been to. I came in on crutches, someone went to the back and got me a chair. Then the owner started giving us samples, each one had a story- why he makes it a certain way, where the ingredients come from. He makes everything with love, he has two daughters with celiac. I left there feeling like I’d made a friend. And he’s working on making his products dairy free!
