I got an impossible burger with a gf bun. It was tasty. Fries are in a shared fryer, so didn’t get that, but I got broccoli instead. Waitress was knowledgeable. I’d come back.

I was skeptical walking in as part of a group, planned to order a burger without a bun. They had a gluten-free bun. Burger was excellent and did not feel any gluten-related after-effects.

Make sure to ask them not to toast/grill the bun. There is definitely opportunity for cross-contamination, but my experience was positive.
