Gluten free items not marked on the menu but I asked the waitress if the flatbread was gluten free and she immediately went to ask the chef who said he could make it! I was not a guest at this hotel but the food was delicious and the staff were very accommodating

I eat here anytime I’m in the area. It is one of my favorite places. They usually have gluten free bread and they always have gluten free flatbread for pizza. I believe they also make the fries separately. Items marked in menu but always ask. I have had many things made to order for me.
