They have a Gluten-free menu. I asked the usual questions….is there a dedicated toaster? Answer: we are getting one. Is there a dedicated waffle maker? Answer: No but we are planning to get one. I had to specify exactly how I needed my food cooked because I have a wheat allergy and I will get ill if cross contamination occurs (this seems to be easier for servers to understand than saying I have celiac). I talked to the manager and informed him that it is a disservice to his clients to offer a gluten free menu but there is a huge risk of cross contamination.
