The owner mario started developing his gluten free pizza crust 3 years ago and has truly made the BEST gluten free pizza around. He has celiacs disease and is very dedicated to making the best gluten free pizza and pasta He recently started selling gluten free pizzas in dierbergs around ofallon! Homemade gluten free lasagna,cheesecake,garlic sticks, pasta and pizza crust. They also have a nice variety of gluten free beer. A must try for anyone struggling with a gluten free diet!!!
