This restaurant is located at Chelsea Hotel. There are gluten free options available for breakfast (bread, bagels, English muffins, muffins) and gluten free cereal. They also have a dedicated toaster. Staff seemed knowledgeable, I was approached by one lady who explained which items are safe to eat and which ones to avoid (e.g. sausage, potato wedges).
