The restaurant is very nice and modern. Great location. The staff were knowledgeable about gluten free dietary restrictions. They said most of the menu can be made GF by switching out the regular bread for gluten free bread. I had an excellent burger with chili jam and English bacon with a side of fries. The fries were very well seasoned and yummy as well. I did not ask if they were cooked in a dedicated fryer as I'm just gluten intolerant but the staff seemed very knowledgeable and I'm sure they'd know. There were also other sides (including a side salad) that looked GF if the fries are a no go for you.
