I'm extremely sensitive to gluten, but I like barbecue! Mark operates a mobile barbecue business which locates at different parts of the Smyth County area. He posts his location via his Facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/pages/Marks-Bar-B-Que-Zone-LLC/444067892343922Mark and his staff assured me that- save for the bun- their barbecue, beans and slaw were gluten-free. His considerate staff made me a gluten-free meal and it was delicious! If you're in the area and can find his yellow barbecue wagon, I highly recommend their food!
