Review of Marmalade Wing Coop

Clearly labeled menu with a wide variety of sauces (marked with a G for gluten.) They guy here was super accommodating and gave me lots of samples. They have bone-in wings, and chicken thighs as a special. NOTE: There are also gluten-breaded tenders which probably render the fryer not celiac safe. I ate about an hour ago and no reaction to the wings though. I plan to return for sure
