The head chef has celiacs! Most of the items are gluten free, with the only ones not being wheat thins (kept in a different area), wheat tortillas (not a main option and offer corn) and the beer.
Hard sodas are gluten free and homemade, staff are knowledgeable and so kind to go out of the way to explain things! We will definitely be back!!!
