Stayed here and attended 4 day conference. All meals and snacks were provided for everyone during the conference as time Was very limited. The chef and staff provided excellent service, making me my own meals and checking ingredients and avoiding cross contamination. I had to be smart and ask but if the chef said it was gluten free it was!!. I enjoyed gf corn bread and he even cleaned the fryer and ensured it was safe for me . My trip was successful and with no reactions.
